Payment Methods

We gladly take all major credit cards over the phone and accept checks.

Orders will be filled upon the collection of funds. One attempt will be made to deposit funds and a $40 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Make checks payable to “Marcelene I Mosca.” Please contact me for mailing instructions.

Taxes

All state and local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International orders may incur duties and import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs charges can sometimes equal the price of the product.

We encourage you to contact your local customs office for estimates on these charges.

Shipping & Handling

We ship both domestically and internationally.

Customers are responsible for the cost for shipping. Your order is assembled, packaged, and weighed at the local UPS Shipping Store. A separate invoice for shipping will then be determined. Upon payment the order will be shipped to your location.

Orders that have confirmed payment before 11 a.m. EST, Monday thru Friday, will ship the same day. Orders shipped outside the US will require 7 days to prepare additional customs paperwork.

We ship all orders via UPS and require a recipient signature. Expedited shipping is handled through UPS or FedEx overnight services. Please indicate your shipping vendor preference.

An email confirmation will be sent to you upon shipment with the appropriate tracking code. The following link will allow you to track your delivery. UPS
